Our proctor was just making fun of us and we had fun either..

we were the first group to defend although we haven't met the expected output from our proposal and yet we managed to present it prepared .. naaaks!!
since we were the first group to defend , jmart and I went out to MCDO and had our early lunch/ celebration. we then returned back to school and casted our votes for the newly CSG officers.
At 1pm , i had to make it to my make up class for my Econ subject. Theeeen, I ended my day with a perfect score with our quiz and chocolates from VANZ.. ^____^

random day.. :D
I had a random day today. I was a bit frustrated and disappointed with my two php online quizzes. I didn’t pass either of the two. I studied the wrong lessons. I focused on the syntax part and I didn’t bother to study the sideshows posted on moodle. I am literally on the verge of breaking down terribly. Doesn’t it sound annoying to know that you’ve studied so hard yet you reviewed the wrong lessons.. Its like !#%!%!^&!(!.....
Well anyway, at least I redressed my two other oral exam with my two laboratory activity. But the heck!!!!!! My teacher was able to figure out that my classmate copied my activity and what makes it more ironic was when he was not able to defend his lab activity which made it so obvious that he really copied my assignment. So the teacher deducted some points to both of us. :(
Anyhow, I shall have a long night tonight.. more research on our projects which means more sleepless night.. Oh well, cant wait to end this sem.. I just couldn’t be more excited for the upcoming event this march.. Wanna know what I was talking about? Here, I’ll give u a teaser.. :D

reality checked!
Time flies so fast,, I mean really fast.
February is the month that mostly cs people hated the most.Figuratively speaking, this is the month that most likely creates another suspense and drama to each and every individual. Well, it’s the month where we ponder most of our time making our major projects; programming to be exact. Not to mention that ive been cramming my ass off to every minor detail that I need to acquire for my both major and minor subjects. I just couldn’t wait to end this procrastination and have my ojt as fast as I could.
And speaking of ojt, I just got accepted at SMART TEL COMPANY in cebu city together with my other classmates Dave, Jossie, Dobie and William. I sent my resume attached with my formal application last Sunday and I had my online interview just a while ago. It was really a scary experience actually. I wasn’t able to answer all his questions regarding about databases. And the witty question I could remember was when he asked me if why am I applying to smart company where in fact I am using a globe sim.. haha.. funny right?Good thing I was able to make “palusot answers" to him.. ;))
Anyhow, It was so cool to experience how it feels like to be interviewed and I almost got panicked when he asked me some hard questions that I couldn’t answer. But reality checked! In fact, it was not yet the scariest reality when you apply for a job. According to some of my friends, we they were applying for a position, they need to take an exam and the worst; they must code a program using your pen and paper only. That’s how scary to it was..
Anyway, It would be my first time to live independently. As what my mom was telling me that I must now learn to wash my clothes, to cook, to arrange my bed after waking up, and most importantly, I must now learn how to budget my money. It would be a great challenge for me though. But I guess, it would be still 40% experience on what reality feels like especially when you will going to have a work at the future.
SO..goodluck to us..

recollection
I really thought I couldn’t wake up this morning due to the sudden pain im having all over my body because of yesterday’s evaluation slash party2. Good thing that God was so good enough that he really woke me up early this morning to attend our 3rd recollection for this school year. It was held at MANRESA and it was my 2nd time to go there. Mainly, our recollection focused more on about our society;on how we are developed to help the underprivileged and how we were trained to become person-for-others. So basically, we didn’t have those crying session that usually happens every time we have a recollection. What made it fun and interesting was when we were group by team to do a role play. And since I love acting, I was so eager to participate and I was the one who organized our group. Luckily, it didn’t give us difficulty to do drama, of course with the best actors and actresses I had in my team. And guess what? We were proclaimed as the best team among all groups.. haha :))

Another thing that made my day fulfilling was when I as given the chance to read the gospel during the mass. Actually , before our recollection was about to start, I was telling my classmate Jonnas that how I wish I will be chosen to read the gospel since I missed to attend the last Sunday’s mass. And yes, God heard my prayer. It was nice way to end m day with full of fulfillment. :D

THE QITC EVALUATION
Im soo drooling with pain all over my body. Yeaah! Even alaxan couldn’t help me lessen this pain. I can still feel that my body is floating in the water.haha :) but even so, I really enjoyed my day.
Well, we just had our evaluation meeting at country village. Not to mention that I was 2 hours late.. peace.. Anyway, we had a long discussion during the meeting. And that includes those individual evaluation, departamental evaluation, committee head evaluation, positive and negative feedbacks and the whole event as well. We also had a votation if who will be next chairman for the QITC 2012. And guess who was selected? SIR DAVE TAN got the position. Well, I don’t doubt about his capability and potentials to run the 5th QITC because he already proved to us of what he can do and in fact,he didn't fail us. SO with the best team, the next qitc will surely be successful again.

After the evaluation, we had a buffet lunch,, *yum2x. Thanks to our sales and marketing head Sir dan for the delicious lunch .haha :)) afterwards, we then went swimming. Lucky for those who brought swimming wear. Well actually, only 9 of us bothered to bring. It could have been so fun if every one brought them their swim wear too. But nonetheless, we didn’t miss the fun playing basketball inside the pool and we made most of our time enojoying with our fellow staff.

Lastly, we ended our day with another dinner at VEN-U, Carmen courtesy of Sir DAN. Then I just realized that I was the only undergraduate left at that time especially when they have started talking about their graduation and how will they become after the will graduate. On my part, it was too inspiring for me to hear their dreams and ambitions to become successful and to have stable jobs. I mean, they only have two months left and they will soon bid goodbye to sleeplessness nights and cramming like hell. Good for them. :))

QUANTUM quiz show 2011
Hello guys!!!
It’s been a long!! I know right???
I never thought that I could be busier these past even the QITC has recently ended. More projects + more assignments + and more sleepless night.. :(( The funny thing is that people couldn’t stop discussing and reminiscing about the QITC. It’s just an indication that they had fun and did enjoy the whole event. Thanks to the 200+ delegates who participated because without them, it wouldn’t be possible. And speaking of the QITC thing, I really get nostalgic every time I see some pictures that I’ve been tagged in facebook. I miss having some meetings every Wednesday and those time when we used to hanged out at the booth in front of the old library. If I could just turn back the time and bring back all the memories and crazy stuff we had with my fellow QITC staff. :))
So much for the drama, since I failed to give you updates of me, just want you to give some quick summary of what was happened during the QUANTUM 2011 last Saturday(February 5,2011). We had a simultaneous Adobe photoshop and MS paint competition in the morning held at Xavier Univeristy. Although we lacked some staff to facilitate but thank God , the team worked hand in hand and we managed it well. Then at around 11 am, I had to skip my class to have myself prepared for the QUANTUM QUIZ SHOW which will be held at SM city. SO I sacrifice my remaining time in my smajor because Dan and I will be host for the quiz show. You just have no idea of how exhausted we were the night before because we slept at almost 3 am just to organize all the questions for the quiz show. And as usual, Dan and I did the 11th hour practice a few minutes before the event will start. Good thing that Dan is very good when it comes to impromptus and it really helped me to go with the flow. And we’re glad that it went out smoothly. Thanks to other staff to gave their time to helped during the preparation. The MAG TV KA-ATO NI was there too to cover the whole event and helped us to give the awards. And we are so excited to see it on tv but we still have no idea if when will it be shown.
TO end up my blog, im still grateful for the success of the QITC. And we're all looking foRward for another long preparation the 5th QITC 2012 which will be handled by our new chairman Mr. DAVE TAN. But as of this moment, i need to focus with number of projects lined up and ready to kick our asses off. THis month would be very tough for me.. AJAH ^__^
