community building

yeah right! we just had our community building yesterday held at tropical,,
actually, it was supposed to be a two-purpose event, including the faculty tribute
but ironically, only one teacher came 'coz most of the cs moderators and staffs were busy then.
but it didn't give us the hindrance to continue the fun,
many came and many had fun,,

and its my first time to handle such an activity like this.. and since its an off-campus activity so we should really need to plan it perfectly.
i never thought being a project head of this activity holds a very
big responsibility,
you'll need to know the expected number of people that will join, then you'll be
the one to manage the money and the O.R. ,not to mention that you'll need to do many paperworks especially for the liquidation,..

it was really a disaster one..
but still, im so thankful that the XCEL officers helped me with the preparations,
i couldn't do it without them..

we really helped each other.. many enjoyed the games..

.. but the catastrophe doesn't end their,
i still need to start making my liquidation report and all.
oh! i almost forgot! i still have 4 projects piled ready to crammed me off.
